EE is the worst company to go with for your internet. I have had nothing but problems with them. After taking over 4 weeks to sort out my internet when I moved into my new property I was promised 2 months free plus extra discounted bills which I didn't get. Once my internet was up and running I started to experience extremely slow internet to which I called 4/5 times to complain each time being on the phone for at least a hour to 'resolve the issue'. At the end of each call I got told the issue was now resolved and I should not experience this again. However the issue was not resolved and I had to keep calling to complain. The last time I called I told the guy I wanted to cancel as I was really not happy with the customer service i was receiving I explained I had been a EE customer for a very long time with my mobile and I was shocked to receive such bad service from them...not once was I told I'd have to go through 30 days of complaining to cancel my broadband or any other information for that matter...I have now decided to switch to a much better provider and have received a letter telling my that EE are going to charge me to cancel!!! I have been on the phone to them to get a explanation to which I got two very unhelpful cocky members of staff telling me that I haven't called them enough...after I've been calling since March to complain about the service I've received...it's a absolute joke and I suggest that anyone thinks twice before joining EE, if you want to cancel understand that they expect you to call for 30 days to complain about your problem to which they then may consider you to end your contract without being charged.
Apparently all hands are tied to waver any fee. Considering the problems I have had I will not be recommending EE to any of my friends or family and my household will be defiantly be changing the mobile phone contracts to a better provider that put there customers first.
