Terrible customer service. Operator took my name wrong and because of that the delivery driver (which is terrible too) took the parcel back. Is the third time I try to get my phone which was paid fully in advance. Went to the store after contacted customer service this morning and was informed I could pop in any EE shop and get my phone which was not possible. Called customer service again and was told I would have to wait until they delivery the phone back to them in order to upgrade my account again and then be able to get my phone in a store or cancel the contract and have my money back, if that happens.
Just very disappointed and I hope that companies like that, that is just concern in take our money away failed and have no more customers to steal from!
