Went into EE Aberdeen and was greeted by what turned out to be the store manager called RAYMOND
I explained my situation that I wanted to leave EE and cancel both my direct debit and cancel my contract.
He advised me to contact customer services which I tried but failed to get through.
After several attempts I saw RAYMOND and his response was" STOP HUFFING AT
ME" which I replied you haven't been any help whatsoever.
I asked what's the point in him being there if your just going to refer everyone to customer services for them to deal with.
After I said this his attitude changed and I was asked to leave the store and at one point he even raised his voice to attract attention to the situation to have witnesses should the situation escalate further.
I left the store got through to customer service and explained the situation to them and they even said he could have phoned up customer service in the store
It is going to cost £257 for exit fee
Obviously after the contract has expired I will be going to a different network and I'm telling all friends about the awful attitude of a store manager
