worst company ever! Firstly, I was upgraded through phone the staff said my plan will be £16 for 125gb every month and i can cancel anytime. this is false advertising!!! it was a two year contract that if you cancel you pay for the remaining months unused even if you cancel you pay for the whole 2 years and they put it on your credit score as a derogatory mark. RUBBISH COMPANY!!!!! secondly, i converted my physical sim to an e-sim but the e-sim got erased during a reset of my phone and i tried to call customer service and the physical EE store about this so i can get another e-sim immediately(as I could not access my bank apps without a phone number) and they said either I avail a post which would cost me £1.50 to mail or I go to their physical store. NOW, I was going to there store and they wanted ORIGINAL FORMS OD I.D. which is plain pain in the a** because they didnt even specify on the website and now I have to re-schedule another day to go to there store. on top of that, my monthly payment for EE goes up by £3-4 every year, which I would be okay if the customer service was nice but the EE system is just plain rubbish. 02 and three have good number of customers so I might change provider after my contract ends.
