Been an EE customer for several years and over the last few the customer service has become terrible. The fact EE stores no longer stock phones is a joke. I went into store (merry hill) to order a phone i was then told the phone would be £8 per month more expensive than the online deal. I was also told even if i purchased a phone from the store it would still need to be delivered as no EE stores stock phones anymore (what a joke). i ordered the handset and received an email to say order received then an email to say order confirmed. 2 days later i called to ask when the phone was being delivered to be told the order wasn't showing and then told they needed further information to complete order even though id received an email saying it was on its way. 3 days later told my phone was ordered and should be with me within 48hrs so basically a week and still couldn't give me a date and time. avoid EE at all costs i would suggest Vodafone just look at the EE reviews on all review sites and you will see EE have a huge problem.
