Totally incompetent. Previous BT customer, my broadband/tv renewal became an EE package. Took a month to activate my service, not the 48 hours promised, took 6 weeks to send me an envelope to return faulty equipment then charged me £158 for non-return (eventually refunded), charged me the wrong amount for my broadband/tv package every month since May, currently owe me a credit/refund of £286, been told 3 times over the last 3 weeks that the credit/refund has been approved and will be paid but it hasn't been. Zero internal communication between departments, zero customer service, the worst company I have dealt with in over 40 years. Don't believe the tv adverts or the marketing hype. Truly awful. Avoid at all costs.
