We have phoned over 20 times in the last month to try and sort out our bill.last call over 3 hours so many promises that it will be put right and we would be phoned back but never had one .spoke to supervisor she said email her with our complaints and she would get back to us.we still haven’t heard back.last Wednesday spoke with Matthew don’t worry i sort it out and promised to phone us @10am Saturday still waiting
