Been an EE customer for years, never looked at another provider. Have an anytime upgrade plan, paying an extortionate amount of money for a plan when I worked it all out (roughly £2640 over two years).
Called up to move to a smaller handset because I can't get on with the one I have, asked to reduce the monthly allowance of data or minutes or anything needed so I don't have to spend £300 in one month to move to a cheaper plan for them! All I wanted was a smaller handset and happy to pay the same monthly cost and have less allowances, no negotiation, no benefit to being a loyal customer for so many years. Paying over twice the value of the handset already and then they can't help out someone who is obviously already being screwed over with their current plan.
You will not be getting my business again, revolting.
