Yesterday mine&my partners phone was cut off! We rang up and asked for an explanation for this, they came back&told is it’s because are bill has not been paid, Bare in mind we pay at the end of every month! So that was sorted they then said it’s because we have missed a month I then got my banking app up and proved to them I did pay for October so there excuse then was we moved the payment date but we would not of done this due to the fact I get paid at the end of every month! I am disgusted in this in the fact that we both work hard for are money and make sure ALL our bills are paid! We both need are phones as our 4 year old has numerous medical conditions&is In&out of hospital I work in care long hours so I have to be able to contact schools/grandparents to make sure my child is okay and all medication has been taken also no symptoms etc same for my partner also he runs a business of his phone we visit the hospital a lot due to my child’s genetic condition and there was no sympathy or apology just we either pay a whopping £226 (are normal bill £120) or wait till next Sunday for the college who we spoke to comes back into work next week as he is the one sorting are problem!!! Nothing more than a scam just finding ways to take innocent hard working peoples money I am disgusted and hurt I know it’s only a phone but as I said I work long hours and some days I don’t get to see my daughter for a whole day to the nature of my job role so a nice little FaceTime before bedtime always makes it better! Also we was told if we pay the full £226 and if we prove we are right in what we say we could ask for a refund but I’m sorry I am not a millionaire if I had the money in the first place I would not be upset with the amount and paid it! Please be aware and make sure you always keep prove of payment as they like to scam as much as they can! Very disappointed.
