I gave EE my Crime reference number:13190663054 and asked for my Bill to be looked at by fraud as I got my SIM stolen. No one told me that my credit could be effected if I didn't pay for the thieves bill of £690 promptly. Now that I find out that collections is expecting me to not only pay for the thieves bill, EE are now ruining my credit score as a final insult to this situation. I agreed to pay for it in instalment but again that does not matter to EE. I will be seeking legal action through my house insurance against this as I wasn't told about my credit being effected. That even with a crime number EE deem the bill as my fault and that the fraud and use of the stolen SIM was my fault due to it not being reported after 24 hrs. It says on your website that as soon as you know to report it. I did just that! I will also be reporting it to Ofcom, the ombudsman and giving a full statement of account on Trust pilot and other feedback websites. I also have 19k followers on my Instagram account which again I will be stating what happened to me and not to recommend your service. When I can I will be also switching providers with all the hand sets / tablets I have with EE on a matter of principle. So far I haven't been able to resolve this issue and will be looking for a deadlock letter to take complaint to Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. I have print screened this process as I feel like the rest of EE service it needs to be logged.
