Then it would come back suddenly and be at full strength. We kept track of the massive internet speed fluctuations (with Ookla) and sent them out test results. Their response was that we had used a lot of data, so there wasn’t a problem. We tried reporting them to Ofcom, but they know this game and gave the response that they pinged our router regularly and the speeds were fine. Obviously they only pinged us when the service was s working.
