I wanted to leave EE and join 02 network because iv had a bad experience with their service in the past even though I stayed with this network since school (Tmobile) I ordered the iphone6 and they sent me out the iphone6plus!!!! How can they make a huge mistake like this? I am a genuine customer and some would've been pleased or sold the phone and made a profit but I called them and wanted to do a phone swap! However, they said I would have to send my phone off first and it will take up to 5 working days for me to receive the iphone6! I am so angry that I have to suffer for their mistake! I am annoyed that I renewed my contract with this company and their service is so poor!! I ordered the contract by phone but apparently I can't make the phone swap in an EE store because I bought it over the phone. You need to compensate and understand that this is not my fault!! I am walking around with this huge phone and it's pissing me off!
