What a great Company. We had the most professional service you can have from start to finish from EEC for Solar Panels. The initial contact, from Craig Ball was extremely courteous and explained everything that was then provided to us within an email, including brochure, company details with a site to check out company, this review website etc, along with the details of our appointment. Our appointment with Scott, was extremely informative and any questions we had were answered, gave us our quote and as we were having 2 other quotes. Scott left it with us. The other quotes, 1 cheaper the other more expensive did just not live up to EEC in comparison on information, professionalism and company information provided. We called Scott and he came out and completed our purchase, and explained everything he was doing, taking photographs etc, again answering any questions. We then spoke a few times with Customer service ladies in the office, confirming information, taking payment, and quick survey on Scott. Installation was arranged, and arrived on time, The fitters both had the same name think was Mike, and again were professional, courteous and tidy. All the paperwork was received within a couple of days from the office for us to be able to submit to our Energy supplier, and were extremely helpful in guiding us through the FIT application, on the points we were not sure of. so this was completed and emailed through to our provider quickly. The girls in the office were also able to help, when we noticed our Electricity meter was going backward, on what we needed to do. I can hand on heart thoroughly recommend EEC, for Solar Installation and will definitely be using them again when other home improvements are required. Thanks to all at EEC, you have a great team and sure you will continue to go from strength to strength. Sorry it has taken a few months for me to do my review, panels were fitted in May
