Had my solar panels fitted yesterday and feel I have to write to express how impressed I have been with my treatment from start to finish during this process. Enquired on line and Sales Manager Andy visited us promptly and gave us lots of interesting and honest information about both the product range and the company. We agreed to purchase the system recommended but needed it to be installed quickly to fit in with our commitments. Well .... amazingly they had the fitter and the electrician here first thing Sunday morning to fit my panels! Fabulous service from genuine professionals who really know their trade. I was even more impressed when they agreed to stay to finish the job instead of allowing it to run over into the next day, they worked late to finish my job giving up family time which I really did appreciate. Heartfelt thanks must go to Barry and Peter who should be very proud of themselves. They provided a service that all great British Professional Tradesmen should aspire to emulate. Super Job performed well within a tight time limit in a friendly and professional manner. Thanks guys! The site was left clean and tidy and the mechanics of everything was explained to us very carefully ensuring that we understood every step. When the job was finished the paperwork was completed efficiently and explained thoroughly. My queries and communications with the company at the outset and upon completion have been dealt with quickly and thoroughly by Steph in head office and her friendly and professional telephone manner have helped make this whole experience a very positive one.
