I write this review without any prompt from EEC - As someone who works within the Energy sector I already had a good understanding of what the solar PV system and benefits looked like. I chose the free installation for a variety of reasons and can honestly say the team at EEC were fantastic from start to finish. The planning phase seemed a bit daunting at first but EEC managed this, made us feel at ease and provided a clear communication throughout. The installation itself was completed within 1 day with minimal interruption to ourselves, to a very high standard by an extremely well organised and knowledgeable team. The installation team provided clear instructions at handover/sign off. All future maintenance ( which is minimal) is the responsibility of EEC. Finally - The end result is a very good experience through choosing EEC, excellent installation and a very happy customer who will now enjoy getting cheaper electricity.
