Despite the good reputation from eec. My personal experience could have been better. The installers Dan and mike worked tirelessly and tried to complete the job in one day. They did not start till 11.30 am,though so by the end struggled to finish in the time they stated and had to come back two days later. On completion of the job my fit meter was too high up the ceiling. In order to see it I had to stand on toilet bowl precariously dangerous so I had to insist that this was moved to an easily accessible position. (Which was completed several days later) Generally tidyness could have been better. Put it this way I had to redecorate and repain't my bathroom area. After signing off the job and paying out several thousand pounds My solar boost did not work on fitting to my dismay. So I had to make frantic calls to head office. It took time and they rectified the problems timely and quickly. My problems were a true test of this company's integrity, and yes they passed. Despite the problems I had I would still recommend this company. Their sales team was good and my personal sales person who pitched to me was outstanding. He knew his stuff. Sold me the best product for my home and the price and value was brilliant compared too other companies. Good communication between myself and the girls in the office. They gave me reassurance when I was at the peak of distress when the problems arose. Since the installation August 2015. To now,my panels have been functioning really well. I have the latest innovation solar edge which is a brilliant concept from USA. Not only does it maximise my roofspace re panels,it also allows me to monitor overall effectiveness via live feed through to my pc at home. Brilliant!!!. I have no hesitation in recommending this company my problems were unique. In my opinion I was pleased with their handling of it. I was not the easiest customer too deal with. But given I had forked out £6500.00 and within hours my system did not work then I would like to see how calm other people would be in my predicament. Eec in my opinion were good overall and I was glad I chose them in the end. My system works really well now,and I am pleased with my purchase overall. I would give them 3.5-4 out of 5 stars. If not for my other niggly problems definitely 4.5.
