From Sales through administration and planning to the engineers who fitted the solar panels and finally to the engineer who has been so helpful in identifying a problem. As a single person of advancing years I can honestly say I have been able to trust every word they have said and all my questions have been answered helpfully and politely. I was assisted through every element of the paperwork that is necessary. It is rare to come across a company that is as efficient and concerned with the customer as EEC has been.
