We have had our panels for just over a month now and they are doing everything we were promised. From the first sales presentation to the installation all the staff were friendly, professional and patient with all our questions and concerns. From Kevin the sales person to Emlyn and Pete the installers everything went like clockwork. The installation on a gloomy cold day went without a hitch and we were consulted at every stage. We now have solar panels with all the electrical devices in the places most convenient to us. This was not the cheapest we were quoted but we felt confident that this company was upfront and truthful with us. There were no hidden expenses and we would recommend their services to anyone wanting to install solar panels. Also big thank you to the back up office staff for getting all the paper work processed to enable us to get the higher tariff before Christmas. The whole team at EEC worked as one unit, unusual in this day and age.
