Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful salesman.
Installation was on time if a little longer than agreed because I wanted the inverter installed in a shed attached to my house and they had to return on a second day to complete.
I was a little disappointed that the cables running from the loft to the shed were left surface mounted and not chased into the wall as agreed with the salesman.
Overall I give the installation a rating of 8 out of 10 and I am completely happy with the performance of my panels.
