The man who came to explain everything at the beginning said the Utility Warehouse were different because they were the only company that would manage the FIT account for you, so this confused me when I first made contact with them. There is a loose roof tile in the gutter and we were not sure whether this happened during or after the work and so could have damaged the system - we are still awaiting a visit to sort this out! We are still not up and running because I filled and signed all the forms with you, but because the bill is in my husband's name and we already had an agreement that I could speak for him we saw no problem there.
