I had a big name extractor work well but lost tension after just a couple hundred rounds, and had weak ejection with some range Ammo. Tried another big name, and, and it took some fitting, and weak ejection was still there. I kept avoiding this EGW because of the price, but gave it a shot. I liked it so much I ordered a spare! It was very easy to fit, all I had to do was add some tension. I immediately experienced excellent ejection even with weaker range ammo. It does protrude slightly from the rear of my Colt slide, but just a little so for now I’m not worried about filing it down. Don’t let the price and non-traditional appearance detract like I did.
