This is the second fireplace we have purchased from Electric Fireplace Plus. The Napoleon Fireplaces are fantastic. My only complaint was we had three logs that were damaged. I called and got a third party representative who couldn’t have been more rude. She refused to put me through to anyone connected with the company. She said if it was not for an order they would not take the call. I said I wanted to talk to someone from the company and she refused to contact anyone. She said all inquiries had to be done online. I said I still would line to talk to at least sales. She said we were getting nowhere and hung up. I called back and they refused to take my call. Not sure I will ever order again because of their third party rep. T
