Our electric fireplace arrived about 10 days after we ordered, and it was sent from across the US by FedEx freight, so that’s pretty good! Electric Fireplaces Plus had the best deal because of their available coupons and ordering was simple! The product is not installed quite yet, but looks good. No damage inside the box, and it’s the correct product model! I’m excited to get it installed!
