This is the second time I am using Electric Fireplaces Plus. I am a returning customer because I am all about the customer experience. My first order, from my previous home, was a great experience and whenever there was a question, Tyler was very responsive and knowlegeable about the products. I just bought a new home and remembered how great my experience was the first time so I was just as impressed with the help I received with making a decision with my second purchase. Ironically, Tyler also helped me with this purchase. He answered all questions, followed up with me and when we finally decided which fireplace to purchase, the fireplace was shipped immediately. I do recommend this company for great customer service experience and also because of the knowlege about the products they sell.
