Very good service. Their chat person was helpful. We could not see this product locally and were concerned about purchasing a product without seeing it first. Shipping was fast with a courteous driver. Communication was very good. This unit is for a new build and will not be permanently installed for several months. We sat the unit up temporarily in front of our existing fireplace. We are very pleased with the look and quality of this electric fireplace. Thank you.
