Excellent customer service, I had an issue with the TPMS sensors for my Model Y Performance due the Element Wheels provided sensor and Matt was able to call me and source a set from Tesla to complete my order and get and my order shipped off through Fed Ex. Other companies would have sat on the order until they we called by the customer looking for their order. Big shout out to Matt for his excellent customer service oh and thanks for the military discount, every little bit counts. Craig G.
