“The product was good however their customer service was poor. My company was charged tax, we asked for a refund for the tax as it is exempt and they refused. As a company we know it takes a little extra work to do, but we do it when needed. This company flat out refused. Seemingly inconvieninent for them to do so. They then said theyd note our account as to not charge tax in the future, went to order another set, their system tried to charge tax again. We cancelled the sale and went elsewhere. UPDATE: After this review, Jordan reached out and got to the bottom of the problem and refunded the tax. THANK YOU!”

“I ordered a staggered set of wheel , stated I need the wheels for the larger brake calipers on my Jaguar XK R convertable. They asked for a picture of my wheel. I sent it to them. Elements replied that I had standard calipers with covers and their wheels would fit just fine, but I may have to remove the covers. I said I'm fine with that if it's safe. The sent me the wheels that they guaranteed would fit. With the covers removed the rear rims struck the rear caliper! When I said I needed a +25mm offset they sent me 2 - 3mm spacers. Which absolutely did not help in the least! I wound up ordering 25mm adapters for all four wheel and the rims fit perfect. I would not trust this company to sell me a lug nut the right size.”

“I paid for the mount and balance. It was done wrong. Had to be redone at the shop. Gave me my money back but still. Two of my four tires had high road force numbers at my shop. Which means two of em were bad from the manufacturer. Element wheels got me two new ones sent out and they are much better. Took quite some time and I still had to pay for a second mount and balance for the two tires twice...ao there's that. But all in all good service and the wheels do look amazing”

“I had Raffi as my customer rep and he was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable.. Ended up not having the wheels I wanted but he got me a great deal on the model of wheels I liked 2nd best. Thank so much. I would definitely buy from you again.”

“Customer service is poor. You are discouraged from speaking to them on the phone once an order has shipped, and forced to go through email and the response rate is slow, if not at all. Considering the money spent on wheels, one would think that you would take care of the customer to the delivery, but clearly once the payment is processed you do not care.”
