I had a great experience with element wheels. I've bought wheels before from online and they are generally just mediators between the supplier and buyer. They don't inspect, check fitment, or communicate well with the customer. My wheels arrived at element and after inspection and trial fitment on the same car (tesla model s, crazy they have cars available for testing fitment) they found the offsets to be machined to high. They sent me pictures and sent the wheels back to be fixed. Through it all they were easy to communicate with and ensured I knew hat was going on. If you buy from carid or realtruck I I can assure you, they don't do any of this. Even after the repair the wheels arrived in a timely manner, tires mounted and ready to go. I put them on myself with ease and compared to other experiences the entire process was drama free. Highly suggest this company and highly suggest you avoid the others I mentioned.
