The product was good however their customer service was poor. My company was charged tax, we asked for a refund for the tax as it is exempt and they refused. As a company we know it takes a little extra work to do, but we do it when needed. This company flat out refused. Seemingly inconvieninent for them to do so. They then said theyd note our account as to not charge tax in the future, went to order another set, their system tried to charge tax again. We cancelled the sale and went elsewhere. UPDATE: After this review, Jordan reached out and got to the bottom of the problem and refunded the tax. THANK YOU!
