This company makes the customers pay shipping, however, does not ship according to the specifics that the customer must pay for. Items from this site are not designed to sit in an unsanitary postal office for weeks at a time, they will become damaged. This company refuses, however, to refund a simple shipping cost when this occurs and blame the changes due to covid. There has been ample time for businesses such as the post office to adapt to changes due to covid, a year or more, and I have not seen any other company still blaming covid for slow shipping. Likewise, companies such as Amazon will refund the shipping cost to their customers when it is behind, without the customer even having to reach out. Clearly this company is about to go out of business, and must not care, hence they have had to lower their prices on everything. With the exceedingly poor customer service and many competitors willing to take their unhappy customers off of their hands, you would think this company would have a high priority on exceptional customer service excellence. This is most definately not the case, and very contrary. I would not recomend even a coil from this company, let alone eliquid unless you are ok with a bottle of it being held hostage for a few weeks in an unsanitary post office in California, may or may not be safe to use by the time it arrives to you, regardless if you live in California or not.
