I placed a order on January 6th, 2025 and todays date is January 20th, as of today there is still no tracking updates, I got 2 new starter pack rigs, 4 bottles of E-Juice and 2 extra multipacks of coils. Today I started looking online into this and the way this company ships, if you don’t live on the western side of the USA then they WILL take 4 WEEKS to get to you, I’m not saying this is a bad site to use, if I wasn’t getting new rigs then I probably wouldn’t even care, Im writing this review for people on the East Coast, USA

I've ordered from element vape 8 times and have never had a problem; timely shipping, good prices, etc. However, this time(order#11082592587), i noticed they shipped my order to a previous address when i changed new billing/shipping address before i placed my order. Their system is glitchy bc it keeps defaulting to previous address. just now i attempted to change billing address, but even after saving, it defaulted to my delivery address. What i want to know is how was Element Vape able to receive my payment? My billing/shipping address was incorrect! According to them in an automated message to me yesterday when after i sent a message, "my addresses weren't changed when i placed my order". This infuriates me! First off, i do not appreciate an automated message; and second; I DID CHANGE MY ADDRESSES BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER! I'm in need of the new mod i ordered ASAP, and i have to wait for my order to be returned to them?! Furthermore, I can't get in touch with them to fix this address issue i'm having. I won't order from them again unless this issue is addressed!

Will never order again from them. I think I’d have faster shipping from china. 15 dollars shipping to go to this company better trucks and then the post office. Crazy for them to charge this much just so they can pay as little as possible for shipping and make more profit.

Shipping is the worst, no way to track it, mandatory fee for signature but you will no have to sign. Shipping times over 14 days for any state.

They use a company called GLS to delivery the goods. GLS is a pathetic company that does not deliver on time or provide accurate delivery times. They claim to to deliver but then make the excuse that the customer was not home. I have proof from my ring door bell, that GLS did not come on the days and times they posted. Scam delivery service.

Ordered vape juice Dec16th and it’s now Jan 6th and no product?! Three weeks is tooo long coming from California to Texas I can’t imagine if you live on the east coast?! Maybe 2 months waiting?! I wrote and said too refund as my package hasn’t moved in a week no response I’d say don’t order from here!!!!

It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t gotten so much as an update or delivery date. I’ve emailed them 3 times and haven’t gotten one response. Never again

Used Element Vape for years, always fast and easy, but their new delivery company is a mess. The tracking said expected delivery tomorrow for over a month. Finally when they had my package, scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. After failing the delivery 3 times (showing up outside of the agreed scheduling) they the package back and gave me a partial refund.

DISGUSTING, they get your personal info!!! Even your SSN???? I didn’t know about them at beginning, I ended up ordering 2 times and both times canceled from them for no reason what’s so ever and they keep your info?? Very shady and disgusting

I would give negative stars if I could. I will never order anything from this company again. I have been waiting for too long for my order. The shipping is complete garbage. Do not waste your time or money with this horrible company with their shipping that is lower than whale dung.

While I love element vape their shipper is trash. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. They received the package on 12-15 its now the 20th and they have no idea what they did with my package or when it will be delivered. I ordered on Dec 8th and understood the shipping window ordering on a wkend. However, I want to know where my package is as it wasn't a cheap order!!

The shipping regularly takes over a month and you still pay for it. It’s not a free shipping deal, you pay for shipping and they use some garbage company and it always takes well over a month to be delivered

Garbage shipping with “Ship X” (whatever that is). Element says they CANT use USPS, but I just ordered from another company and they are shipping USPS. Meanwhile, I’m NINE DAYS past my order date with Element and still don’t even have a delivery date. Garbage

Worst experience ever!. The shipper they used tried to deliver the package at 10am on weekdays. Didn't give me any information that it was out for delivery. Who would be home to pick up a package at 10am? I just contacted element vape. And they told me it was getting returned a week later. And they haven't given me a refund yet.

Regardless of anticipated holiday impacts on shipping, I'd never shop with this company again after my most recent experience ordering on the east coast on 11/27: ZERO customer sevice, ZERO shipping updates, and no consistency/communication whatsoever between element and their third party shipping to even find out if the $100+ worth of vape supplies is ever going to arrive or has even been shipped (cause I'm still waiting, but not optimistic at this point). They reward you for spending over $100 with "free shipping," [which sounds convenient and sensible to use in theory] but if you utilize it, it apparently gives them license to take 20 business days (up to 40 days total under the right customer conditions) to keep you in limbo without any repercussions for their abysmal turnaround. Don't waste your money or your time if you live in New England - go find it local and hope this brand ends up liquidated instead.

The requirement for receiving my order is my signature and proof of ID. However, the driver insists on scanning my driver license. That is very uncomfortable to release my personal information. Now I try to cancel the product. I have emailed the company twice and still waited for the response.
