I had accidentally received an iced watermelon vape juice rather than the regular watermelon I had ordered, I simply reached out to customer service and they replied within hours! They apologized for the mistake and immediately sent me the correct vape juice. They even made the situation hassle free for me by not asking me to send back the in correct juice… I could keep or discard, which was very pleasing to me to hear because it’s a big hassle for me to send things back right now.
