In case this helps anyone... I was ready to call my bank since I was in the same boat as the rest of u. After over a month I got tired of writing tickets and checking the useless tracking. The only way I was able to get a response from Element is via Facebook. It's only then that I learned it wasnt X-Delivery who was holding the package hostage, but instead a company called Jet Transportation and Logistics, Inc. I called them today and my package just arrived. Jet only services NJ/NY/VA/MD so if ur in states aside from those, you may want to reach out to Element on Facebook and find out who really has ur order. Super frustrating process but thankful at least i finally have my order.
