100$ purchase never arrived but element vape says it did. Who ever signed for my pkg signed the wrong name. Element vape will not refund or resend items. They blame the carrier and won't help the satisfy the order. No course of action available and from what I'm seeing online I'm not the only person who has fell victim to this scam. Do not buy from element vape
