I have had many good experiences ordering from Element until now.
I spent $130.00 was sent tracking info which said to download a tracking app. So i did. 2.5 weeks later I still had not received the order. I reached out to customer service. No reply. I reached out again and was told that I did not purchase the tracking app. REALLY???
If I pay for my order and shipping tracking should be free. What happened to a previously great company??
