Why would you charge me $16 dollars to ship a $4 item in 2 days and- can’t even get me my “you bought this and it will be shipped” confirmation MORE than 2 days later?!? It’s 7 days later and I still don’t have my package. Covid is NOT LONGER AN EXCUSE. If you make me pay $16 for 2 day shipping- it had better get here in specified time. That’s theft You’re lazy and using an excuse that is no longer valid because you can do nothing other than point fingers. I work in a very Covid effected field too- we take responsibility for our actions and follow through with our promises to our customers. Anything less deserves 0 stars.
