No support whatsoever from EV in regards to the pathetic shipping company they use now - GLS Shipping. What used to take 4 days max from CA to NM now takes 10 days. EV will blow you off and refer you to GLS whom you have to fight and put up with their lies. Research GLS Shipping. Not sure why EV would use them but EV better be ready to lose more longtime customers like me. Buyer Beware!!
