My package was lost by GLS (the absolute WORST delivery company I have ever used). After days of trying to resolve this with GLS, Element Vape was awesome enough to replace my order and made sure it was sent through an alternative carrier. I am really looking forward to my replacement Novo4 and the new juice to try. Element has a great selection compared to other sites for great prices. My only hope is that they choose not to go with GLS in the future as they are horrendous. Every review of them was similar to my experience. Element shipped my order promptly and processed it the day I ordered. The company was communicative through the entire issue and has done nothing but try to remedy it. Still...No more GLS, please!
