Element vape has been my go to one stop shop for all my vaping needs! They seem to be the only online retailer to stock my flavor juice. I cannot get it locally. And their selection of mods and accessories are awesome too. I started with a little 50w Geekvape and have since upgraded to the 100w s100. I find all my tanks here as well. I use Zeus tanks, they never leak. Here recently I had an issue with the website not working. Unfortunately at the time they were running a sale. I’ve had this issue before and normally it would take a day or two and load up and checkout just fine. But not this time. And I missed the sale. I continued to try for a week and with their gracious help I was able to delete my account, reopen it (transferred my rewards balance) and they are even sending me a partial refund on my order to reflect the discount I should have gotten! Their customer service is and has always been top notch and whenever I have any issues, which are few and far between, they handle them efficiently and with the upmost care. Hands down An amazing snop. I will not go anywhere else. Elementvape for life!
