The extremely slow, unknown shipping company that Element Vape uses lost an order I placed with them almost a month ago. I contacted them last week to let them know it had fallen off of the map, and they responded by saying that isnt their responsible and I needed to file a claim. No "hey sorry our useless shipping company lost your package" or any other words a customer service rep would use. Ok, fine. I'll file a claim. EV's nonexistent customer service dept sent me a link that clearly said "file a claim". That link took me to a page with my order details on it...and a link to email ELEMENT VAPE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hey, that's a SCAM. I am filing a dispute with my bank and Paypal ASAP- this is ridiculous and I am beyond irritated these people are just hanging onto my 80 bucks and not doing a thing to help me get refunded or sending a reorder.
