I completed my order and I set it up to track the package. My local Post Office was too backed up about a 45 min wait time for them on the phone to contact me. Throughout this entire time I was working with CS reps at Element Vape to troubleshoot the issue. After filling out the pink Post Office Package Request I taped the Redelivery request in my mailbox so the carrier would need to move the slip to put mail in the box. As I waited for the Post Office Carrier to deliver, the bell rang and it was the Post Office Rep and my order completed! So happy it worked as intended!
