I have been a loyal customer of EV, spending several hundred dollars each order, every three months. The last two orders arrived with defective devices. A salt-nic device & this time, a battery. I gave them a second chance the first time as it is more convenient for me to use their pick up program than have my order delivered, but never again.
Before telling me it was against their policy to return batteries (a dead on arrival product) they made me send them a video explaining/depicting what the problem was. So when they told me there was no way they could solve this problem by simply sending me a working TEN dollar battery, after spending thousands with them. I asked them why they had me waste my time, when returning from work after 11 hours, making & sending a video? Their response- they wanted to see if it was an "easy fix" such as removing film. I suggested they not repeat this to another customer as I obviously would not have wasted all that time over an "easy fix" to which they responded they have seasoned & beginner vape users & didn't know which I was. Well, take a look at my account history, it's not that hard to figure out!
Horrendous service. I will absolutely go a more inconvenient, even more expensive route if necessary to not have to ever deal with this company again.
All I can say is beware! If you're prepared to spend money on an item that may arrive defective & will not be able to exchange it or receive credit back- then by all means, order from Element Vape. But if you want working items or any kind of solution- order elsewhere!
