Shipping is awful as well as customer service. My order has been sitting at the shipping company they uses facility within 3 hours from my house for almost 2 weeks now, I’ve asked if we can somehow figure out what to do with the order since I ordered it because I was running out of juice and coils which essentially made it pointless using element since I had to go to the store to buy everything for a second time that I had ordered from them. All the response I’ve gotten it “please wait longer for the delivery”. I asked to cancel and refund and it was ignored. Would not suggest element to anyone especially if you think you’re going to get your shipment within a month of ordering like their 5-7 business days promise. At this point I am expecting a lost delivery or a random package in 2 months. Waste of time and money. Thanks element vape !
