They use shipping companies where they can't even track your package. They claim to have no contact with said companies and will blow you off if you inquire about it. If you order from them, you better not have a job, a life, or be an otherwise busy person because the package could show up at any time and they don't leave any sort of missed delivery form on the door. I even asked if I could contact the delivery company MYSELF to try to schedule something and they literally told me "we know no more than you do", seriously? I don't even know who is delivering the freaking package...
