Sorry I didn't read the reviews on Element Vape. Everything everyone said bad was my exact experience. Terrible shady delivery service and horrible customer service make for a frustrating experience that should have been simple and to the point. I'll be filing a claim for refund but something tells me I'll run into more of the same b.s. from them. Do not, I repeat, do not spend your money or time with Element Vape!
