ordered a large order and got everything.. except a vape was doa. took pictures and video and emailed back and forth for a few days.. after all the hoops were jumped through they told me they would refund the device.. and thats it. so to get a working device i would need to pay after shipping and their age verification system DOUBLE what the vape costs.. they DO NOT care about the customer and could not care if they sell you faulty stuff. customer service is some of the worst ive ever seen for online shopping. i will never use element vape again
