Horrible customer service, I purchased a battery over a month ago, it only worked for about 5 days before it stopped charging. I contacted Customer Service and they had me send them videos and fill out forms for simple return. Not only did it take them weeks to process my return they had me waste my time and head to USPS pay gas, spend time off of work to go drop it off. It has been a bit over a month and I still have no functioning battery, I paid a total of 28.02 for my vape and they only refunded me 18 dollars, stating they would not cover the shipping and telling me I had to pay it again. Today I asked for my money back to my account or to adjust my credit to the amount I spent, I find it ridiculous that I bought a faulty battery and have to pay all the costs including shipping when it is their fault, not mine. NOT RECOMMENDED TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE.
