I ordered a couple starter kits from Element Vape a couple weeks back and unfortunately the batteries were not up to par. The Element Vape customer service walked me through the return process and helped me order a new set of starter kits. Element Vape has excellent customer service who will walk you through every step and makes sure that you are totally satisfied! Prices on products are also very competitive. Highly recommend!
