Purchased a couple e-juices and one was broken. Since I did not open the second bottle until the first bottle was finished, I did not know it was broken and all the juice would spill out every time I tried to refill. Customer service was super rude and stated that it went past the 30 day purchase date they would not exchange it. I thought it was pretty unreasonable considering they sent me a broken product and I had no idea until I opened it. Plus they were so rude and kept emailing me the same message over and over again.
