Top notch customer service and VERY fast processing time. I’ve been ordering from EV for over two years and only had one issue with an order, which was resolved within minutes, on the weekend, and no questions asked.
Everyone makes mistakes some times and it’s completely understandable for a company of such scale to have a few accidents every once in a while. What’s important is how you handle the situation and EV was above par in rectifying my issue.
